Ulsavich crowned as 60th Miss Clayland

Karolina Ulsavich, 20, was crowned the 2016 Miss Clayland during the 60th year of the pageant Saturday at Claymont High School. Ulsavich also received the Interview and Community Service Awards, giving her a total of $3,950 in scholarships.
