James Edward Harneiss, 20, of Lowgate House, Church Lane, Conisholme, Louth, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £55, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40. His licence was endorsed with three points.
