Boy, 9, seriously hurt by car accident while riding scooter

The nine-year-old was hurt when he collided with a car while out riding his scooter. The youngster suffered serious injuries to his leg in the accident which happened in Stockheath Road, near the Heroes Pub, in Havant yesterday.
